Super cute place with an awesome decor! Probably one of the best local hotels you can find. I was worried about some of the reviews, but it felt like everything was renovated and clean. Location is in the heart of Balsam Lake. Walking distance to the local restaurants was definitely a big plus! We are definitely coming back!

Stayed here previously under different management. Saw the newer updated online pictures so we tried it again. We were not let down. Super cute decor and great customer service. Rooms are adequately sized and clean. I like the location with the walkability to restaurants.

I was looking for a decent place to stay that has a reasonable price. I'm glad that I chose this hotel. The location is pretty accessible in nearby restaurants, as it is in the heart of Balsam Lake. Definitely coming back! My husbabd & I stayed at room 2. Its very clean & has a spacious area. The bathroom is very clean too, which is very important to me.

Customer support is great! When I booked with this place, my intention was to have a slightly more personal touch during my stay, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. It has a great location, and I highly recommend my experience to anyone I know.

Great place to stay when visiting the lake. Our room was clean and airy. The location is the best. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again.
